Everest Elliott Watrous in 1944. As one would expect, Everest is fishing with the photographer. We see two poles and Everest’s fishing basket. The license plate helps us to date the photograph and place it in his home of Utah. Everest left a legacy of fly fishermen and women to the present day. His great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren have among them some excellent fly fishermen and women.
